Muscular Injuries
Muscular injuries represent more than 30% of all injuries. There are two types of muscular contractions; eccentric exercises and concentric exercises. Eccentric exercises occur when the muscle lengthens during its movement, as with running and jumping. Concentric exercises are those where the muscle contracts as it does when you do a biceps curl.
